Accessibility Statement

• Every focusable element shows a 4-pixel blue outline when it has keyboard focus.
• The first link on every page skips to the main content.
• Every form field has a label. Where the design shows none, the label is there for screen readers.
• Toggles say whether they are pressed. The banner’s Here’s how you know button says whether it is open.
• Every drawn image, including the seal and the charts, is marked as an image and labelled.
• Every data table has a caption.
• The agent lookup is a plain form. It works without JavaScript, and its answer is a page with a heading.
• The site has one animation, the RECEIVED stamp. It, and smooth scrolling, are off when the device asks for reduced motion.
• On phones, the header’s links and buttons are at least 44 pixels tall and the footer’s links at least 40.
