Agent Lookup

Enter the registry number printed on a Certificate of Birth, or the name of an agent. The Administration returns what it holds under either.

A registry number is the six digits printed on a Certificate of Birth, such as 000001.

A number is looked up in the registry. A name is looked up in the registry, then in the Administration’s index of agent names, the Social Security Administration’s national file, and the municipal licence records, in that order.

The Administration registers names. It does not suggest them.
